Thanks Danny and the Method team! Greater integration of documents and files into our records was something I had been envisioning going into Method, but I had felt it was a limited service you guys offered.

You've just made my life a whole lot easier by expanding the feature to include all the things I was thinking of (attaching to customer records, or invoices, etc).

And thank you SO MUCH (soooo much) for increasing the storage capacity to a per user basis. We couldn't possibly store all our related documents on your site with just 250 MB total space... with the new limits we can seriously consider using Method as a central hub for ALL our company data, not just our QB/Method database data.

Can't wait to try the SmartVault! Document storage and access from within Method/QB is a useful feature, and I was getting nervous about messing with the Document Library tables.

Paulette - does that weird logo/tab thing happen if you sign in without the Intuit login? Or does it only happen when you sign in with Intuit Login? Which browser? Does this happen on all your accounts, or just ones with that logo?

Tried the Intuit login which is really cool. I like! Once logged in though our logo appears in the foreground and hides a few of the tabs on the left. Additionally, none of the Tab links work. I can only navigate through the links in the Tab that is active when Method opens.

Hey Danny,

It looks like we are experiencing something similar as l.fischer (above). When I log out and log back in, it still doesn't show me a "switch to this edition" link. Do you have to perform some magic on your end to make the link appear in our account?

Hi Robin,

In Method if you click Customize > Tab Groups, click Edit next to the CRM tab group. This group should have been added as part of the upgrade process. You'll want to make sure that you and your other users have access to this group. If you still have trouble, please post on the forum so the team can help you out.

As for Pro Services, this does not affect that app.
