wstewart@lailmillwork - is this by chance a custom screen that you're working with? If so, you'll need to apply the changes to the screen yourself or work with the consultant who created the screen to apply the necessary changes. We are unable to automatically apply those changes to a custom screens because they may have a different setup, workflow and design then the original screen we created.

If this is a stock Method screen which hasn't been customized, the changes should be live already.

You have the "Customer Is Taxable" option on everything but the delivery tickets. Can you tell me if you are going to be offering that option any time soon?

The Method consultant set our delivery tickets and invoices up under the "delivery ticket" screen. It is a pain to have to go to the invoice screen each time I enter a new ticket for a customer in order to put sales tax on that ticket.

I understand that in Quickbooks after the first time of putting sales tax on a customer's invoice, the program remembers that that customer is taxable - Method does not remember this. Is that an option that is being worked on?

Note: We had to temporary turn off the August version at 3pm Eastern. It's causing a performance issue. Once we have it solved, we'll bring the August version back on.

@d.weigle - This can be updated manually here:

1. Shut down the Method Integration Engine on your desktop.

2. Go to this address:

www.methodintegration.com/.../methodintegrationqb.application

3. Let it install the update.

Or you can wait until it updates itself. A check is made for updates every 3 times the engine is shut down.

Entered $ amount into shipping field, it now shows in the field but also in the invoice line table above, cant delete or change it, keeps coming back, help...i cant send any invoices..

I enter my shipping charge in the shipping field but it keeps recurring in my invoice table, if i delete the row and save, when i re-open the invoice its back! Double entry Table and Shipping field, have had a look at the screen cant find out why shipping would appear in the table. Help please as I cannot send any invoices......

great job! now all thats left is to make the invoices ONE CLICK as all the same customers which so far is 90% of everyone i've sent the estimates too cannot figure out to click the invoice then click the adobe icon which i will admit is confusing and seems quite pointless it should be even easier to simply code the action of clicking the invoice number or whatnot that already has a hyperlink to pull up the invoice in pdf why make them click twice?
