Cant sync 1st time with quickbooks !

    Cant sync 1st time with quickbooks !

    Quickbooks version UK premier 2012 

    Hi Folks

    When I try to run sync for first time with Quickbooks I get the following error messge:

    4/14/2012 2:21:53 PM ERROR'fnModQuickBooksAccount could not proceed. The AccountType 'Suspense' does not exist in the table accAccountAccountType./ERROR''Account' 2 addition(s) to server

    'Template' 1 modification(s)

    this is the only think that it hangs on, any ideas on how to fix it ?

    Assume that Method works with UK version of QBs ?

    Marc - very interesting.  This is an undocumented account type (nowhere in the QB developer docs), something we've honestly never seen before.  

    Not to worry, we added that account type to your account.  Can you try again and see if it gets past that point?  

    And thank you for supplying the information you did. It was very helpful.

    Let us know, success or fail, if this solves your sync issue.
