Method Community

When we send email from Method, we set the font to be arial, but when the message arrives, it shows up in times new roman.  Is this a bug with Method?

I'm going to assume that you are formatting the text in our text editor. I just tested it out and it seems to work. The next time before sending an email click the HTML tab at the bottom of the editor and let me know what you see. You should see something all the lines of the following

<p>This is a test in Arial</p>
<p><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman">This is a test in Times New Roman</span></p>
<p><span style="FONT-FAMILY: MS Sans Serif">This is a test in MS Sans Serif</span></p>

no, it's not including the span tags.  And even if I select text and try to change it to arial and a different font size to force it to include the span tag, it won't.  I guess I'll need to manually enter that code.

Have you tried setting the font size and font type first and then entering the text? Let me know if that works for you.
