Does anyone have a solution as to why I sometimes cannot view a document I have previously uploaded to a customer's profile? I get this error message -
We were unable to resolve your request. Either the screen you are trying to access does not exist, or there was a problem with your request.
- If the screen has been replaced or republished by another user of your system. Please try signing out and signing back in.
- If this issue persists, go to Customize > Tab Links, and make sure the Tab Link is correct for this screen.
- Try closing and reopening your browser.
I have tried preforming the recommended actions and I still cannot open the document.
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
