Hello

I'm new to pencil sketches - and was trying to find one for work orders.  I thought it might be in Field Services package but could only find work order lists, not the work order itself.

Any help is appreciated.

There is a guide that would help you get started with the Pencil tool so you can create screens on your own using widgets. If you are an end user then please send me an email and I'll forward you the document.

If you are a member of the Solution Provider group, then you can access this guide from the MSP portal under Info > Additional Resources. There is also a webinar on this topic that can be found in the MSP portal. Hi Amanda - I have the guide, I've watched the video - what I couldn't find was the specific screen for add/edit work orders.  Thanks for info on the other forum....still learning all this!
