Thanks for contacting us. There's a couple things we need you to do before we move forward with troubleshooting.
1) Was the appointment synchronization successful? Do your Outlook appointments appear in Method and vice-versa?
2) Please verify that under "Edit settings for User (Username)" on step 5/7 has the "This user is allowed to connect to Method API" selected.
3) Do you get any information other than the above when you try to synchronize one more time?
4) Please go to customize -> Tables/Fields -> Edit fields for table "Activity" and look for a field named "OutlookSyncID" - does this field exist?
5) Lastly, kindly go to your C:\ drive and find a file called "MethodCRMaddin.log" and email it to email@example.com so that our developers can look what the issue was.
