I had a calendar appointment in Outlook that was synced to Method, but without any Method details. I then added the Method details from Outlook but cannot see any updates made to the corresponding entry in Method. I can see the Method tags in the body of the Outlook appointment, and when I click on Method Appointment Details I can see my entries, including Method customer and contact info.
I then deleted the activity in Method and tried to re-add it to Method, and now I cannot get it to re-sync to Method.
I have performed Synchronization from within Outlook numerous times with different combinations of options, and tried refreshing and signing out and into Method, but no updates made in Outlook showup in Method.
