Can any one let me know where the problem is?
This problem is usually directly realted to your SMTP provider, not from Method. We have an email reminder service which will try to send a failed email 14 more times, about a minute apart. If you're getting multiple emails (probably 15 in total) then I'm thinking there's a problem with your SMTP provider. Please try alternate SMTP providers and see what happens - if it works then you need to look at the SMTP provider that doesn't and work out a solution with them.
