    Kudos to Support

    I just wanted to post this publicly:

    Dear Method:

    You should know that Ben in your tech support team is outstanding. He is patient and he is willing to trouble shoot with me. He is as curious about why something won't work as I am.

    Ben's support is above and beyond what I expected. He listens to what I am trying to accomplish and he tries his hardest to find a solution with me.

    Ben also has a huge about of faith in Method and speaks highly of the product. As a business owner, I like to hear people who are proud of their company.

    I just needed to make sure someone else knew about Ben's exceptional work and to pass around the kudos. Method has an excellent team member with Ben and I am thankful for his assistance.
