I'm looking to customize the lead ratings, where I would have my own ranking system from A to D with A being "best" and D "worst". The hot/warm/cold option is not specific enough for my company. Is there a way to customize this specific drop down option under "leads?" Thank you!

I removed my comment from this post.  Apparently my suggestion may cause problems due to the Lead Rating being used in multiple screens and reports. I was not aware of these connections.  I will get back to you when I confirmed if there is a way to change the Lead Ratings.  As of now, there doesn't seem to be a way to do it.

    I found out that there is no interface to change Lead Ratings.  It was never implemented.  You could do an import-update, but there are many risks involved in doing that.  So it's not an option I would recommend.  Unfortunately, there is really no way to change the Lead Ratings value.

   You have asked a good question as I seem to have many answers.  You can do it through a customized screen that allows you to add and subtract Lead Ratings.  There is a post that describes how you can customize a screen to update the Lead Ratings table here.
