  • Re: Extra Contacts for QB customers

Hey Ryan, Yeah, we have totally redone the cust. list screen.  I see the "add/edit contacts" button but it only sees the main contact and the alt contact info from QB. What does it look for to be on the contact list?  Is it a specific table? How many can be on the contact list per customer?  If I can have more than just ...

  • quickly add to email message body

I have email setup for certain things like a change was made to the database to notify other users.  What I need is a quick, EASY, way to allow the person who is making the change to type a quick sentence into the body of the email to let the others know what they changed. What would be perfect is if they clicked the "email ...

  • Extra Contacts for QB customers

Currently I have added 2 tabs to the customer list screen in Method to accomodate additional contact information.  Is there a better way? Here's the situation in a nut shell.  We deal with Medical facilities (our "customers") each facility may have several physicians (contacts) and each physician has multiple numbers and ...

  • Triggered Text Change

I have a screen that has a Dropdown of our CUSTOMER list.  In the Action area of this text box I have added under "TEXT CHANGED" some Retrieve from Table" commands to auto populate the address, city, st, zip boxes on the screen.  This works fine.  I pick a customer and it pulls the address info from the Customer ...

  • Re: GRID ?s

All of that is correct but I have already created a table and screen for the PARTS ORDER FORM.  How do I create another Table for it to create the PARTS GRID that will be "ATTACHED" to the PARTS ORDER FORM screen?   For the RMA screen  there is a RMA table that I built the screen from and a  PARTS RETURN Table that ...

  • Re: GRID ?s

Ok.  Let's see... I created an RMA screen.  This has an RMA grid on it for each new RMA.  Also on this screen is a GRID for the parts that are being returned.  It has QTY, PART#, DESCRIPTION, etc.  This grid is attached to the RMA screen, though I don't know how, it just is.  This works fine.  When I ...

  • GRID ?s

I have a "Parts List" grid that is linked to an RGA screen for returns.  Works fine.  I wanted to use the same table for a new "Parts Order Form".  The Grid is not linked, I'm not sure how to link it, if I can, or if it matters.  I set it up on the "Parts Order Form" as a Detached Table.  ...

  • Re: Highlighted Text Boxes

It looks like Google tool bar was the cause of the random yellow text boxes. Disabled that from Mozilla and it went away.

  • Highlighted Text Boxes

A few days ago out of the blue some of the text boxes on the screen became highlighted in yellow. Nothing was changed. I looked in the Additional Info the the text box and there is no color; I even changed the backround to #FFFFFF (white) but they are still yellow. Upgraded to latest Firefox. It shows fine on my screen. It's only on one ...
