I'm having trouble viewing business cards I uploaded to my leads. All that is shown is the file name under the lead but no link or way to open it. Thank you!

I'm looking to customize the lead ratings, where I would have my own ranking system from A to D with A being "best" and D "worst". The hot/warm/cold option is not specific enough for my company. Is there a way to customize this specific drop down option under "leads?" Thank you!
