Support, When trying to calculate overtime (Allocate Overtime by View) I get the following error: "The remote server returned an error (400) bad request". The first this was noticed was 4:00 pm yesterday and then again at 9:02 am today. Thanks! - Jonathan

Support, Our time entries that we pull from Xora are not being marked as billable once they are pushed to Quickbooks. In the mapping, we do have "Billable" as the status entry for the jobts. Any ideas? Thanks! - Jonathan

I am brand new to Method and am trying to get time to import from Xora. I tried a single employee and could see that time information was pulled from Xora based on the data window that shows when Method connects with Xora. But there is nothing in the Method Time Tracking tab. What am I doing wrong?

Method, For some reason, our inactive employees are still show up under Connect with Xora. However, they do not show up under Employees. How can I correct this? Thanks! - Jonathan

I'm having trouble pulling time out of Xora into Method. I managed to pull in some time, but when I sent it to Quickbooks there were some errors relating to my employees in QB not being fully set up. I corrected those problems, erased all the time in QB, erased all the Xora time in Method, and tried...
