Linking Customer Table to Activity Table
Can someone please walk me through the steps for linking customer table fields to the activity screen? i.e. While a sales rep is entering activity info, I want them to be able to see current balance, phone number, lead status, and other Customer fields on the left hand side of the screen.

I have created a customer portal with screens that display customer account information. How do I set up a "pay now" screen? what tables and fields should data be pulled from? is there a template or do I need to create a table from scratch? Do I need to set up the payment gateway first?
