Hello, When my salespeople send an email, the system sends it 16 times. I have tested it along with them and confirmed that it is not user error. Any solutions? Thanks, Lee

Hi Method, Right now, one of the options provided by the plug-in allows me to add an email to an existing case #, or to a new case. If the email has a file attachment, it is currently ignored by Method - if I want to upload the attachment, I'll have to do it separately via Method in my web browser...
