Use a simple wizard to produce a Web-To-Lead form that you, or your web developer, can copy and paste into your website. Your potential customers will fill out a "Contact Us" page that will automatically insert them into Method CRM as a lead, create an opportunity and follow-up reminders!
Setup
In Method CRM, go to Customize > Integration Tools.
Click the Go to Web Forms.... link.
Choose the "Basic - I'll accept all the default preferences for now. I'll be able to make changes later. Show me my form!" option, and click Next.
Enter the root web site address where you plan on posting your form. For example, if you plan on posting your form as "http://www.yourcompanyname.com/forms/contactus.html", then just enter "http://www.yourcompanyname.com". This is so that we can do a security check each time your form is used to make sure it is in fact coming from your site.
Click Next.
You'll now see a sample of what your form looks like.
At this point you or your web developer should copy and paste the HTML, as is, directly onto a page on your website.
Test out your form to make sure that it works.
You can revisit the wizard and make changes to the preferences of your form. There are lots of great options that you can add, such as having automated emails going to your lead after they submit, adding your custom fields, and sending them to a thank you page. You can also style the form anyway you want once it is on your site - just keep in mind that we cannot provide technical support on your form after it has been altered.
