Synchronize with QuickBooks Desktop

Install and run the Method Integration Engine to synchronize your customers, vendors, items and transactions between QuickBooks and Method CRM.
- Choose a computer that is rarely turned off, and is usually logged into QuickBooks with Administrator permissions.
- Open QuickBooks to the correct company file.
- Download and install the Method Integration Engine: Install now (click here)
- Enter your Method Company Account, User Name and Password.
- Click Connect.
- When prompted by QuickBooks, choose the 'Yes Always...' option.
- Repeat steps 2 through 6 for all other computers that use QuickBooks.
