Synchronize with QuickBooks Desktop
Solution No. 76

Install and run the Method Integration Engine to synchronize your customers, vendors, items and transactions between QuickBooks and Method CRM.

  1. Choose a computer that is rarely turned off, and is usually logged into QuickBooks with Administrator permissions.
  2. Open QuickBooks to the correct company file.
  3. Download and install the Method Integration Engine: Install now (click here)
  4. Enter your Method Company Account, User Name and Password.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. When prompted by QuickBooks, choose the 'Yes Always...' option.
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for all other computers that use QuickBooks.
