Invite Users for QuickBooks Desktop

Send invitations to the rest of your team to join you in Method CRM. Who should have access? Staff and managers who interact with customers or leads, assign tasks to other team members, or need mobile access to customer and company data in the field.
- Go to Customize > Users.
- In the Create a new User section, enter a User Name, and click Continue.
- Follow the steps on the screen and click Add User & email invitation.
- If you receive a warning about increasing users, click Continue.
- The Edit Settings wizard will open.
- Under Step 1, beside Link to Employee / Vendor / OtherName it is recommended that you link the user to a QuickBooks employee, ideally one that has a QuickBooks sales rep assigned to it.
- Click Next, and continue through all steps of the wizard to set options and permissions.
- Click Finish.
- Repeat steps 2 through 8 for all other staff members in your company.
