The pricing you see above is per named user. This means that if you want Bob, Jim and Sally to sign in, you need 3 user licenses, regardless of how many are signed in at the same time. However, once you have 20 or more licences, you are automatically switched to Shared Licensing, where you can have as many named users sign into Method as you like providing you have enough licenses to cover the number of users who are signed in at any one time. After you convert your trial, your subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime (under Customize > My Account). If you cancel your account you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued and we don't prorate for partial months.
No. Method is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You simply pay month-to-month. The responsibility to cancel lies with you, which you can do at any time by going to Customize > My Account.

In the case of 3rd party apps, the app developer can set and display their own pricing, which you must agree to before installing the app.
In the case of portals, there is no charge for customers or vendors to log into Method via the portals, provided there is not very heavy usage. Very heavy usage of portal sessions is rare (less than 1% of our users). A portal session is a 5 minute increment of continuous activity in a portal. To be clear, staff logging in to Method regularly, using a non-portal login, are not counted - it's only counted when a special portal login is used, such as when a customer signs in to view or pay a bill. For very heavy usage, the first 500 portal sessions per month are free, and then are $0.15 thereafter.
In the case of storage, you have 500MB of storage X the number of paid users. So if you have 3 paid users, you have 1.5G of storage. Overage is 1 cent per MB per day.
