When is support FREE?

Basic technical support is free and included with your monthly subscription. Basic technical support is restricted to:

  • Solving technical issues such as error messages with standard Method screens
  • Installation problems
  • Inability to sign into Method

Must do!  All new users should take advantage of a free one-time Initial setup service with their Method account manager. We do a web-based demo to walk you through the basics of Method CRM and answer your questions. Take advantage of this!

When do I need to PAY for consulting?

Non-technical incidents are directed towards a Method Consultant for paid consulting ($62.50 per 1/2 hour). Non-technical incidents include:

  • Training - teaching how to use and customize Method
  • Customization
  • Troubleshooting one of your custom, non-standard, screens
  • General how-to questions

Outsource!  If you have a larger customization project, consider signing up for a Dedicated Consultant to assist you with the process, at a discounted rate.
