When do I need to PAY for consulting?
Non-technical incidents are directed towards a Method Consultant for paid consulting ($62.50 per 1/2 hour). Non-technical incidents include:
Training - teaching how to use and customize Method
Troubleshooting one of your custom, non-standard, screens
General how-to questions
Outsource! If you have a larger customization project, consider signing up for a Dedicated Consultant to assist you with the process, at a discounted rate.
