Modify screens to match your data entry requirements. Every screen and process in Method is designed using the same drag and drop tools that are available to you as a user.
|
|
Embrace your business identity
No two businesses are identical. Configure data-entry screens to match your Method of doing business - which is actually why Method is called "Method"!
Method screens are not designed by programmers, they are designed by app designers who use drag and drop tools to create business applications. And since all screens are open for you to redesign, you can create new screens or modify the existing screens any way you want.

Setup Roles to limit what staff see
Roles allow you to limit which tabs and screens your users see when they sign in. Roles allow you to limit areas they shouldn't have access to based on their job description. Also, life is simplier for staff when they don't have to see screens they don't use!

|
Create your own fields
These aren't your ho-hum 'custom fields' that you see in traditional programs! These are true database fields that you create yourself and use everywhere in Method, just like the pre-built fields. Field types can be text, date, dropdown lists, numbers, currencies or file attachments.

Create buttons that do validation
Every button on a screen is configurable. For example, you can change the actions behind the "Save" button on a customer screen to make sure a phone number has been entered - or you specify that you want an email notification sent to you whenever a new invoice is created. You can also add your own buttons that speed up data entry according to your business rules.

|
Create your own portals
Share your system with customers, partners and vendors. For example, you might want to allow customers to see pending sales orders, and partners to see current product inventory counts from QuickBooks - giving them 24/7 access to real-time information, without even having to contact you.

Apply your company's branding
Personalize Method by adding your logo and color schemes. Look professional by customizing invoice, work order and other transaction templates with your logo and company colors.
