A FREE, one-time, initial setup service is included with your subscription to Method, even if you are still in your trial period. An initial setup service is a web-based meeting where your Method account manager gives you an orientation around Method, and basic training. We will learn about your company, make sure you are using the appropriate Method edition, show you and your staff how to use the core screens found in Method, as well as make recommendations on what to customize to make Method perfectly tailored to your specific needs.
To request an initial setup service, respond to the "Welcome to Method" email from your Method account manager or contact us.

Beyond your initial setup you may wish to use the services of a Method Consultant to help you and your staff get the most out of Method. These services can be simple topics such as how to use Method's out-of-the-box features, or more advanced topics such as how to create custom reports and screens. Paid consulting costs $62.50 per 1/2 hour, and can be scheduled through your Method account manager or by contacting us.
