You Rang for QB Desktop

You Rang detects an incoming caller's phone number and searches your Method customer list for that number. If a match is found you can be taken directly to the customer screen for that customer with one click. You also have the option to have You Rang open the customers screen whenever a call comes in without the need to click anything. You can also choose to have an activity automatically created so you can begin taking notes on the call as soon as it comes in. You Rang works on any Windows PC with caller ID capable modem or VOIP softphone with MS TAPI functionality.

Installing this app

Using the Method CRM Pro edition, you can install compatible apps from within your Method account, by visiting Customize > My Account.
