Initial Setup Services

Depending on the options you choose when you sign up for a monthly subscription, an initial setup service may be included. Initial setup services are web-based meetings where your Method Consultant gives you an orientation around Method, basic training and a recommendation document.

We will learn about your company, make sure you choose the best Method Edition for your company, show you and your staff how to use the core screens of your Method Edition, as well as make recommendations on what to customize to make Method perfectly tailored to your specific needs.

If you didn't choose an initial setup with your subscription, you can request one from your Method Consultant at a cost of $195, by using the contact information on the left hand side of this screen.

Traning Services

Beyond your initial setup you may wish to use the services of your Method Consultant to help you and your staff get the most out of Method. These services could be as simple as showing you and your staff how to use a base Method Edition, or how to perform more advanced tasks such as creating reports or customizing screens.

Customization Services

The main advantage of Method over other solutions is that it can be customized from head-to-toe. This customization can be done by you, by a Method Consultant or by a Solutions Provider. Whether the customization needs are as simple as adding new fields and actions to existing screens, or creating a brand new application from scratch, your Method Consultant will be available to help you create and implement the perfect solution for your company.

How it works

  • Step 1: Contact your Method Consultant and give them a list of the changes you would like to make.
  • Step 2: Based on changes needed, we will recommend one of the customization packages below.
  • Step 3: Upon approval our Method Consultant will then build a preliminary specifications of the customization job.
  • Step 4: Upon approval and payment, your Method Consultant will develop and test an initial draft for you to review.
  • Step 5: Revisions are made until you are satisfied. Note that revisions over and beyond the initial preliminary specifications may be subject to additional fees.
  • Step 6: Your Method Consultant will prepare documentation that explains what the changes were and how to use them.
  • Step 7: Final delivery of your customization job.

Basic Screen Customization 3: $595
Recommended when making basic changes to up to 3, typically existing, screens.

  • Includes customization on up to 3 screens.
  • Includes up to 10 fields. Each additional field $11.
  • Includes up to 10 basic objects. Each additional object $11.
  • Includes up to 1 grid or calendar object. Each additional grid or calendar $55.
  • Includes up to 40 actions. Each additional action $15.

Basic Screen Customization 10: $1595
Recommended when making basic changes to up to 10, typically existing, screens.

  • Includes customization on up to 10 screens.
  • Includes up to 35 fields. Each additional field $11.
  • Includes up to 35 basic objects. Each additional object $11.
  • Includes up to 3 grid or calendar objects. Each additional grid or calendar $55.
  • Includes up to 125 actions. Each additional action $15.

Deluxe Screen Customization 3: $1595
Recommended for either making new screens from scratch, or making more in-depth changes to existing screens.

  • Includes customization on up to 3 screens.
  • Includes up to 25 fields. Each additional field $11.
  • Includes up to 25 basic objects. Each additional object $11.
  • Includes up to 5 grid or calendar objects. Each additional grid or calendar $55.
  • Includes up to 100 actions. Each additional action $15.

Deluxe Screen Customization: $4595
Recommended for either making new screens from scratch, or making more in-depth changes to existing screens. No maximum number of screens.

  • Includes up to 100 fields. Each additional field $11.
  • Includes up to 100 basic objects. Each additional object $11.
  • Includes up to 15 grid or calendar objects. Each additional grid or calendar $55.
  • Includes up to 200 actions. Each additional action $15.

Basic Report Writing: $245
Recommended when making basic changes to an existing report, or creating of a new very basic report.

  • Includes up to 5 fields. Each additional field $15.
  • Includes up to 2 objects. Each additional object $15.
  • Includes up to 3 groups or summary fields. Each additional group or summary $25.
  • Includes up to 1 formula. Each additional formula $75.

Deluxe Report Writing: $495
Recommended when creating a new report from scratch.

  • Includes up to 10 fields. Each additional field $15.
  • Includes up to 4 objects. Each additional object $15.
  • Includes up to 5 groups or summary fields. Each additional group or summary $25.
  • Includes up to 2 formulas. Each additional formula $75.
