Solution No. 38

Here is a listing of the changes that are on the April 15 product release.

To-Do Items

  • Replaced checkbox with "Done" link and made the grid not editable.
  • Removed the Status field and compressed the date column
  • Cleaned up My To-Do List
  • Columns removed: Contacts (it shows a number), Status, Actual Completed Date, Actual Duration, Assigned to, Notes (Internal), Comments (Internal)
  • List is filtered to show open to-do items.
  • Added ‘Contact Name’.
  • Added a  "Go to" link to full To-Do record from this screen (like from the desktop)
  • Added ‘Description’

Populate Next Drop Down List

  • Need to add in Demand Force

Support Tickets

  • Added ‘TYPE’ drop down and able to add new
  • Added Due Date to desktop

Time Sheets

  • Added  ‘copy’ button from the Internal Notes to the Billing notes
  • Time Tracker table cleaned up and order of columns changed

Phone Messages

  • Remove the email address on the dashboard and add in the Company Name
  • Extend out the description
  • Removed ‘Export’ button
  • Rearranged columns on Phone Message Summary

Calendar / Email

  • Added calendar preferences - which activity types show on Calendar
  • Calendar to auto-refresh every time a meeting is added or edited.

Passwords

  • Method and other Web Apps logins automatically create a company and user specific login URL
  • Added QB License and Product ID that have no conditional behaviors
  • 3 security questions (for banking)
  • Added new field to Login type for financial institution and made that value drive the showing or hiding of additional security question fields
  • All Login Types have customized URLs that are user controlled. Method is the only one that will edit based on user input. Others are static - pulled from the Login Type.

Features in Used in QuickBooks

  • Added check boxes for Inventory, Advanced Inventory, Sales Tax, Intuit Billing Services, Fixed Asset Manager, Loan Manager, Online Banking and Multi-Currency

General

  • Added link to LinkedIn group to post into the group quickly. (along side ‘NEXT Knowledgebase’ link on desktop
  • Move the QuickBooks information to the left and clear the Lead information form the screen
  • Add CRM section with list of Current CRM Solutions
  • Add CRM Solutions to the "Populate NEXT Lists" button
  • Included Method, Salesforce, Sugar, Legrand, Results and ACT. User can add others if they choose. Users can also hide the existing ones from the drop down list.
