Calendar Preferences
Solution No. 42

When setting p the company preferences in NEXT, you are able to show which type of activities that will show up on the users calendar. The preference will be the same for all users inside of NEXT.

You can choose from the following list which activities will show up on the calendar:

                Email Incoming

                Email Incoming & Outgoing

                Email Outgoing

                Meeting

                Other

                Phone Call Incoming

                Phone Call outgoing

                To Do

                Web Comment

                 Work Order

Each of these items will show up on the calendar and be color coded with the color of the status of the activity.
