Dashboard Assignments for Support Tickets

If you are the owner of a support ticket and an activity gets assigned out to another user, the secondary user will see their activity in their To Do’s and on the calendar. They will not see the support ticket on their dashboard unless you reassign it to them. Assigning them a task to perform does not relinquish the support ticket from you. You are able to change the support ticket to the other NEXT user if they are now the responsible party for that support ticket.
