Most accounting practices tend to be very reactive to their clients and not proactive. NEXT helps us get to be proactive with our clients and either anticipate their needs or follow up with them to check to see if they need anything. Sometimes just the quick check in call with a client can get us loyalty. We want the clients to rely on us and by checking in with them when we are not just trying to sell them something, they know that we really care about them and their business and are looking out for their best interest.

Setting the time table to 90 days, gives us about 4 touches a year with each client. The clients will only show up on the list if they do not have an activity within the last 90 days. IF we are actively working with them and they have activities in the system, then the client will not show up on the 90 day listing.

This will populate as NEXT is used.
