    Pivot Table reporting

I want to set up a pivot report within Method and just need some help as to where the row, column and value fields go.  I am having trouble figuring this out from just looking at the report designer...

    Thanks,

    Fran

    Hi Fran,

Once you drag the Pivot Grid object onto the report, select it and click the arrow in the top right to edit the properties. Be sure you have the proper table selected for Data Member. You should also notice two links to ‘Add Field to Area’ and another to ‘Run Designer…’ where you can start to modify the rows, columns get values on the grid.

If you give us some more info the type of Pivot Grid you are trying to create we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Hope this helps,
