• Fix an issue where sync is aborting when Bill cost is received from QB Desktop as a percentage instead of rate.
• Fix an issue where fields are not added to Entity table if added to Customer table.
• Fix an issue where Name is not syncing if different from Entity Name for QB Desktop.
