Fixes

• Tables & Fields - Fixed an issue where clicking back when viewing a particular table would reset the list back to the first page. (PL-34503)
• Tables & Fields - Fixed an issue where some accounts were missing fields in the InvoiceStatus table, leading to error messages when attempting to copy the New/Edit Invoice screen. (PL-34241)
