The following information will help you troubleshoot some of the common service and receiver errors displayed on your TV.

You'll find the error code in the top-right corner of the error message on your TV

• Error 002: Satellite signal has been lost, signal acquisition is in progress.
• Error 005: Your smart card does not currently have authorization to view or purchase this program.
• Error 006: The purchase of this event cannot be completed.
• Error 013 and 014: This is a subscription program which has not been purchased.
• Error 015: Acquiring satellite signal.
• Error 018: The credit limit on your smart card has been exceeded.
• Error 019: Smart card not inserted correctly.
• Error 129: Your receiver has not yet been authorized.
• Error 311: A serious problem has been detected with your hard drive.
