Add/Edit selections in a dropdown list

This article explains how to easily add or edit selections in a dropdown list.



Once you create a dropdown field and create a new table for it, a screen is automatically created for it as well. This screen will have the same name as the dropdown field, for example if your dropdown field is named MyDropDownField, then the screen will be named MyDropDownField. Follow the steps below in order to add/edit entries to the dropdown list.

  1. Click Customize > Screens.
  2. Ensure the All Screens filter view is selected then scroll down and search for your table.
  3. Once you’ve located it just hover your mouse over the name then click the View button which appears on the left.
  4. From this screen you’ll be able to add/edit the entries in your dropdown list.
